1. Protection Officer (Institutional Care)
Eligibility
- Postgraduate in Social Work, Sociology, Child Development, Human Rights, Public Administration, Psychology, Psychiatry, Law, Public Health, or Community Resource Management
OR - Graduated in the same fields with 2 years of relevant experience
- Computer proficiency required
Role
You will be responsible for managing institutional care services, supporting vulnerable children, coordinating with child protection committees, and ensuring smooth implementation of the Child Protection Scheme at the district level.
Salary
₹27,804/month
2. Counsellor
Eligibility
- Graduate in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Public Health, or Counselling
OR - PG Diploma in Counselling & Communication
- Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in the Women & Child Development sector
- Computer proficiency required
Role
Provide counselling support to children, families, and institutions; maintain records; and assist in rehabilitative care.

3. Accountant
Eligibility
- Graduate in Commerce or Mathematics
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting
- Must have computer skills and command over Tally
Role
Manage financial records, maintain accounts, prepare reports, and support audits under the Child Protection Scheme.

4. Outreach Worker (ORW)
Eligibility
- 12th Pass
- Good communication skills
- Experienced candidates will be given preference
Role
Field outreach, community awareness, child protection reporting, and coordination with families and local bodies.
